We offer 1/4, 1/2 and whole beef (and sometimes we can do 1/8th as well). And when we open our barn-house in late July or early August (stay tuned!!) we will have individual cuts available for purchase for those who come to visit.
The Iowa Food Coop is a great option for those in Des Moines too!
